mac anyone?
So as you may have guessed from the title this post is about mac or me getting one specifically so lets get into it.
yes i am getting a mac, what one? well Ive got a few ideas and here they are
macbook: these have recently been updated with slight speed bumps and in my opinion are the most beautiful notebook ever made. in fact i've nearly had one before, yup when i was in the market for a new computer a few months ago it was between my current laptop and a macbook baseline i picked the PC a decision i kinda regret (vista is wearing thin on me at the moment) anyway back to the point if was getting a macbook it would be the baseline model great only it doesn't have a superdrive just a combodrive and i don't like that. so for that one reason the chances of me getting a macbook are fairly low.
N.B. I'm not mentioning the macbook pro or air and mac pro because i don't like the air and i cant afford a mac pro or macbook pro.
mac mini: i quite like the idea of the mac mini its small,sexy as hell (in my opinion) and from what i hear the most reliable mac (although they are all supposedly excellent). if i was to get a mac mini i would also get the new mac keyboard,mighty mouse, and a new monitor approximately 20-22 inches. as for the model it would have to be the 2.0ghz model as it is the only model with the specs i would require.

me today
hi guys long time no see ;)
so sorry about the lack of posts recently just been really busy with coursework and that type of thing. so without any further a due lets get started.
while browsing though flickr (click the link for my page) the other day i found a user with a set of photos called "me today" which were basically just pictures of the user everyday for about a year so far and i think the point of it is to, at the end of the year look back and see how much you have changed over that given time i liked the idea so much that I'm going to start my own begging tomorrow which would be Monday 25th of February 2008 i just want to see what its like so i'll try to just shoehorn taking a picture of myself in to my daily routine just to make sure i stick to it.
that's really all i have to say. there's a couple of posts i want to put up over the next couple of days which I'm hoping you'll like so look forward to that and i see ya next time.

so i havent posted in a while and i know that that contridics my new years resolutions but i havea very good reason ive been sick so i havent really felt like posting so thats it really i just wanted to say that oh, and i will be doing a post on the macbook air in a day or to so check back for that.

2008 and such.
so its officially 2008 and i can only hope it's a damn sight better than 2007 was as it was probably the worst year of my life for reasons that i shall keep to myself but a new year and a new beginning. so i thought id do a quick post just telling you what i would like to achieve in the year 2008 so here it goes.
1.) to loose as much weight as possible. now if you've watched my youtube videos your probably saying to yourself but Sean you always said you couldn't care less if you were 10 pounds or 10,000 pounds (notice that i converted t for you Americans lol) well I don't but the thing is that in today's society it is impossible to lead a 100% completely normal life. now whether that's for something as simple as the fact you cant find clothes to fit you or if people are judging you by your weight before they know you. which unfortunately is the case most of the time so essentially I'm doing this just so i can be more "normal" or at least what is seen as normal by today's society.
2.) do well in my gcse's and get into 6th year. so I talked about these in my blog before. these are vitally important to my future of the one's that "matter" to me these are the results that i would like and expect to get.
business studies A*-B
technology and design B-C (if you would have asked me my expected grade a few weeks i would have said between an A*-B but some stuff happened that kinda put my plans to shit now while i think that i could still get an A* in the real exam because i got a lowish mark in my mock i may now only be able to do foundation tier which means that the highest i could get would be a c )
bacs B-C (this is computing but it is mainly word processing and I'm just a slow typist so hence the relatively low expectations )
science A-B
a i do more exams but these in all fairness these aren't important per say because as long as i can get a c in these exams i can get into 6th year as it requires at least 5 C's so here hoping
3.) learn some programming and html. again your probably thinking but you've been learning these all year more or less. well no i got the books but i never quite got round to it. so this year i really want to make a go at it.
4.) to earn more about computers in general. just to increase my geekyness ;)
5. ) to get a job. now obliviously I'm 16 so it will only be a part time job and i also don't really know what i could do but we'll figure that out.
6.)to enjoy the year and to enjoy myself. 07 was such a bad year i was very rarely happy and this year I'm determined to not let all the things and people that caused me be so depressed last year to get me down again this year or ever again for that matter . and i just want to have a "normal" 16 years old life .
so that is every thing i would like to achieve in the year 2008 now i will say this. numbers 1,2 and 6 will be taking supreme dominance over the rest. so if any are going to fail it more than likely be one of those.
