so once again Christmas is upon us and i can say that this year year has flew in i can still remember last Christmas like it was yesterday its been an up and down year for me to say the least in fact now that i think about it its been more down than up but I'm a fighter so it did'nt let it phase me but I'm hoping to have a happier 2008.

but its going to be a very hard year in that it possibly the most important year of my life I've got gcse exams which in the UK are very important do well in them you will have a decent start in life but fail and you will struggle. And this year is also the year the year that i see if i can get into sixth year in my school and also this year i turn 17 in September which means in can start driving so either way good or not its going to be an eventful year to say the least but anyway enough about next year lets talk about this year (or at least whats left of it lol)

so Christmas is about two weeks away people are out buying presents like madmen but i think that 90% of the population of the world forget the true meaning of this great holiday and at times even i at time do get caught up in the whole commercial aspect of Christmas, now in not an overly religious person but however i would say I'm a bit more religious than your average teen so every Christmas i always make sure to have a quick prayer during the day usually before i go down stairs or before i go to sleep that night and i think that the whole world could benefit from just forgetting about the presents, food etc and just remember the important things family, friends the true meaning of the Holiday so I'm going to leave you there to think that over for a bit and before i go i would like to wish all of you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year
